Numics RN ("the App") is an AI-powered nursing education app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
Account Information. When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique user identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address. Apple may provide a private relay email address on your behalf.
Usage Data. We collect information about how you interact with the App, including tutoring sessions started, practice questions answered, performance scores, and feature usage. This data is used to track your progress and improve the App. We may use anonymized, aggregated performance data across all users to improve question quality, calibrate difficulty levels, and enhance the educational content within the App.
Tutoring Conversations. Messages you send to Kai, the AI tutor, are transmitted to our AI provider to generate responses. We may store conversation history to provide continuity across sessions and to improve the tutoring experience.
Subscription Data. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat receives your anonymous App Store transaction data to verify your subscription status. We do not receive or store your payment method details — all payment processing is handled by Apple.
Device and Technical Data. We may collect device type, operating system version, app version, and crash logs to diagnose issues and improve performance.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We retain your account and progress data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or to resolve disputes.
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is intended for nursing students and is not directed at children under 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
