Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open the Settings app, tap your name at the top, choose Subscriptions, select Numics, then tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

You get full access to every feature during the 7-day trial. If you cancel before day 7 you won't be charged. If you don't cancel, the trial automatically converts to the paid plan you selected and your Apple ID is billed.

What grade levels does Numics cover?

K–12, across math and science — including biology, chemistry, physics, and anatomy. Content adapts to the grade and subjects you choose during onboarding.

Is my child's data safe?

Yes. Numics is COPPA-compliant, we do not sell personal data, and all network traffic uses industry-standard TLS encryption. Conversation and account data are stored under per-user access controls. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I restore purchases?

In the app, go to SettingsRestore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID that made the original purchase. If issues persist, contact support.
